The Compact E.O.S. is an extremely convenient all-purpose daylight system that distinguishes up to four different film types of the same size and accommodates up to 14 different cassette size formats. Seven types or sizes of film are always available at any time. With a footprint of only 0.6 m², the Compact E.O.S. can be placed nearly anywhere in the radiology department

Convenient and all-purpose
The Compact E.O.S. distinguishes up to four different film types of the same size and accommodates up to 14 different cassette size formats. Seven types or sizes of film are always available at any time. With a footprint of only 0.6 m², Compact E.O.S. can be placed nearly anywhere in the radiology department.
Reduced chemical cost
The Classic E.O.S. processor, integrated in the Compact E.O.S. daylight system, is equipped with Agfa's unique "Ecologically Optimized System": two fixer tanks between the developer tank and the wash tank. This reduces the silver content in the washing water at regular water consumption rates to 1 ppm, and to 50 mg/m² at reduced water consumption rates.
Fixer replenishment is reduced by 35 %, as is the fixer waste and water consumption. This entails a significant reduction of costs. Added savings are yielded because no additional peripherals are needed to comply with most existing and pending legislation. This means no extra investments, floor space, maintenance or repair costs.
Fast film throughput
You can insert a new cassette for a complete processing cycle every 15 seconds. Four films of average size are delivered every minute. Ready-to-read images are delivered in no more than 80 seconds, which benefits productivity.
(Remote) self-diagnostics: less costs, accurate interventions
The integrated self-diagnostics of the Compact E.O.S. enable you to service the daylight system with ease. If exterior help is needed, the integrated modem enables remote diagnostics. Service interventions are more accurate by providing details via modem beforehand. Servicing costs are reduced and interventions can be done in record time with as few downtime as possible.
Easy installation
A single phase, 15/16 A wall outlet and standard plumbing connections are all you need to install the Compact E.O.S. daylight system conveniently.
